learningPeruEducation policymakers in Peru and Jamaica wanted to identify policies interventions that had the most impact on improving student reading scores. Using our Policymakers’ Workbench, policymakers observed and discussed the impact of changes to resources, instructional practices and combinations of potential interventions. These policy simulations relied on our general model of Quality of Learning (see the graph for a partial model). We calibrated the model using the local data.
